Please, read carefully our policy about participation, food, accommodation, deposit, cancellation and refund.

The convention ticket price covers:

• The access to each and any workshop and activity of the festival
• The membership to the Gymtech ASD
• The sport insurance

The convention ticket price doesn’t cover:

• Food
• Accommodation
• Airport transfers

By registering you agree that:

• If you are paying the deposit, the remaining quota needs to be paid at the registration desk at your arrival.
• In case of cancellation of the event you will get a full refund.
• In case of cancellation of your participation, if you paid the deposit amount, you will get a 70% refund by the 10th of July, afterwards you will get no refund.
  If you paid the total amount, the previous rule is applied, plus you will get the full amount of the remaining quota. 

Your meals:

Though we have taken the considerations, restrictions and preferences of everyone into account, the food option provided daily on site cannot accommodate everyone’s needs and we try our best to meet as many of them as possible while still providing nutrition and variety on a real budget. Most are vegan/vegetarian and ayurvedic. 

However, those with extensive restrictions should plan to make other arrangements for themselves as we cannot accommodate everyone perfectly.

Airport transfers by private cars:

As every year, we try to give this additional service to people that want to reach the campsite from the airport. This service has a fixed cost of €70 per transfer which you can eventually split among the other passengers.
For this reason, unfortunately, if you are the only passenger this cost can’t be reduced.
This amount of money is directly paid to the driver and we do not receive any portion of it.
