I am aware *If I’m booking my accommodation on my own, then I will pay the addtional entry fee of €6 per day to camping management upon arrival.

Refund policy agreement *If you can no longer come to the convention, contact us by email. We inform you that you can not sell your reservation as it is nominal. If you cancel your reservation by July 12th we will deduct €90 from the amount paid. If you cancel your reservation after July 12th you cannot receive the amount paid. The refund does not include any travel expenses

Member admission agreement *I ask to become a member the “Extravaganza ASD” Sport Association in order to participate in the sporting events it organizes. I declare that I have read and accepted the Statute of ASD Extravaganza , that I have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of my personal data, that I hold a valid sports medical certificate and commit to sending a copy via email to the ASD, that I have read and accepted the event regulations, and that I participate knowingly and responsibly in the risks associated with the sporting activity.
