5. Agreements

Refund policy agreement *If you can no longer come to the convention, contact us by email. We inform you that you can not transfer your reservation as it is nominal. If you cancel your reservation by November 7th 2026 we will deduct €100 from the amount paid. If you cancel your reservation after November 7th you cannot receive the amount paid. The refund does not include any travel expenses

Member admission agreement *I ask to become a member the “Extravaganza ASD” Sport Association in order to participate in the sporting events it organizes. I declare that I have read and accepted the Statute of ASD Extravaganza , that I have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of my personal data, that I hold a valid sports medical certificate and commit to sending a copy via email to the ASD, that I have read and accepted the event regulations, and that I participate knowingly and responsibly in the risks associated with the sporting activity.
